January Birthdays!

We celebrate several birthdays in January! On Sunday, we spent the afternoon with my parents and celebrated my Mom's Birthday. We had fun celebrating with her.

Happy Birthday to....

Daddy Gordon and Janda: Jan. 1

Cow-Paw: Jan. 11

Papa: Jan. 15

SheShe: Jan.20

Jason: Jan. 29

The above picture of Judd reminds me so much of my Papa. If you ever saw him in the winter, he always had on a stocking cap that never covered his ears or completely fit his head. Papa could never sit still for to long and was always at the shed in the bitter cold with his cap half on his head. Judd seems to like to wear his stocking cap just like his great-grandpa "Papa".

Henderson Kiddos...this is for you!

Jason received a Wii from my family for Christmas and his upcoming birthday. (Thanks to Aunt Sarah....she stalked the Wal-Mart delivery trucks to find the Wii!!!) Jason loves playing his Wii while Judd watches on his Boppy! The Wii had to stay in Clifton for awhile because Jason needs to study for Boards!

T.J., Zac and Hali~

This post is for ya'll! On Friday night, your parents came over for some fellowship with my parents like always. Jason and I happened to be home with our Wii which your parents love to play. According to your Dad, he "HATES" to play video games but he "LOVES" the Wii. If you need a good laugh, watch your dad attempt to Pole Vault! The game he is playing is Super Mario Bros. Olympic Games. Please note: at the beginning of the video your Dad is clapping to get the crowd involved in his attempt to clear the pole.

Sorry for the horrible video...I am still learning how to use my camera and I am laughing at your DAD!

"Crazy Eight"

Sweet Judd....

Judd on his boppy pillow at four weeks old!

Judd on his boppy pillow at 8 weeks old!

These pictures are "crazy" to Jason and I. We cannot believe how much Judd has changed over the past eight weeks. Eight weeks ago, we were preparing to spend Thanksgiving in Houston and then we were coming home to prep for Judd. Judd had a different plan in store for us. These past eight weeks have been truly amazing.

Judd is starting to wear 0-3 month clothes which makes me happy. I had a blast preparing for this photo shoot this afternoon. I love his "grown man" shirt and jeans. The jeans are a little big but at this rate he will out grow them before I can ever put them on him.

Our First Christmas!

Our best gift this Christmas was our son, Judd! We could not have asked or been given a better gift.

Judd's Christmas Photo Shoot!

Judd wondering when the photo shoots are going to end! Notice his double chin in this picture. We are so proud of his double chin!

Judd in his Christmas outfit!

We like to think Judd is praying for his parents. He knows we need extra help in the parenting department!
Judd spent countless hours in front of the camera while home at his "SheShe's" house. SheShe loves to dress Judd up and take pictures of him all the time. I am glad my mother takes several pictures because I might have gone the holidays without any pictures. Thanks....SheShe!

Update on Judd Carson

We are doing great and adjusting to having Judd at home. We spend most of our days in the house watching Food Network. Judd and I do not leave the house much because I am terrified of RSV and getting Judd sick. I do not want to return to the NICU! Judd is growing so much each week. We think Judd weighs about 8lbs. and continues to change each day.

Judd has accomplished several milestones over the past seven weeks.

*Met his entire family over the Christmas Holidays plus some
*Gained a double chin
*Out grew preemie diapers
*Beginning to out grow preemie clothes, this is a huge step for his mother. I could not wait to dress Judd up in cute clothes but cute preemie clothes are hard to find.
*Having more awake time each day
*Enjoys sticking out his tongue like his "SheShe"
*Grew eyebrows
* Spending quality time with his Dad! Jason starts his last semester of DENTAL school. Hooray for DAD!
*Grew eyelashes
*He is learning to sleep for more than three hours at night!
